Lebanon walkie-talkie explosions

23 September, 2024104 words2 minutes

In Lebanon, more than 100 people got hurt, and at least three died from walkie-talkies that exploded. The Lebanese Red Cross said there were many blasts in different areas of the country, in the south and east. This happened one day after similar pager explosions. Some people think the Israeli spy agency Mossad is behind the attacks, but Israel didn’t say anything about them. Hezbollah uses these devices to talk to its fighters and is now in trouble because of this.

Many people are angry because civilians got hurt. Experts say Hezbollah will respond, but not in a way that starts a big war.
