Dog Spotted on Ancient Egyptian Pyramid
In a surprising turn of events, paragliders flying over Egypt's famous Great Pyramids spotted an unusual sight: a dog at the top of one of the ancient structures. The incident occurred earlier this week as the group was enjoying a sunrise flight.
Marshall Mosher, a US paraglider, and his companions noticed something moving on the summit of the Khafre pyramid, which stands at an impressive height of 448 feet (136 meters). Upon closer inspection, they realized it was a dog, seemingly chasing birds at the top.
The pyramid, normally off-limits to humans, became an unexpected playground for the adventurous canine. The next day, the dog was seen safely descending the ancient structure. This event has sparked interest in helping the many stray dogs that roam the area find safer homes.
