But the plan did not work well. Suppliers found that China has very good systems. China has fast delivery and many special suppliers. These things are hard to find in other places.
So some work came back to China. Moving a supply chain is not easy. A company needs many things: good suppliers, transport, warehouses, and skilled workers. All these parts must work together.
