Rhossi the Sea Turtle's Journey Home

Rhossi is a sea turtle. He was found on a beach in Wales in December 2023. He was very sick and cold. Staff rescued Rhossi and took care of him.
Rhossi stayed at Anglesey Sea Zoo for more than two years. He grew from less than one kilogram to 21 kilograms. Now he is healthy and strong.
Rhossi is flying home to the Gulf of Mexico. The trip is 5,000 miles long. He will travel by helicopter and plane. Staff will keep him safe and wet during the trip. Rhossi will live in the ocean again.
