A new study shows that many teenagers use AI to chat. AI means artificial intelligence. It's like talking to a computer.

The study found that 3 out of 4 teens have used AI chat at least once. They use it for fun, to ask questions, or to talk about feelings. But most teens still like talking to real friends more.

Some people worry about teens using AI chat too much. They think it might not be safe. The study says no one under 18 should use AI chat.
