Louvre Museum Raises Ticket Prices for Non-EU Tourists

The Louvre museum in Paris has announced a significant alteration to its pricing structure, with a 45% increase in ticket prices for most non-European Union visitors set to take effect in early 2024. This strategic decision will see the entry fee rise from €22 to €32 for tourists hailing from countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, and China.

This substantial price adjustment is projected to generate an additional €15m to €20m annually, funds earmarked for the museum's extensive modernization plans.
