Chinese Student Rapes Several Women

A 28-year-old Chinese PhD student has been found guilty of a series of serious sexual offenses against women in both London and China. The Inner London Crown Court convicted Zhenhao Zou on multiple counts, including rape, voyeurism, and possession of extreme pornographic material.

Zou, who was pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, allegedly targeted fellow Chinese students through social media and dating apps. The court heard that he would invite his victims for drinks before drugging and assaulting them. Disturbingly, Zou recorded many of these attacks, creating a collection of videos that served as evidence in his trial.

Law enforcement officials believe the scope of Zou's crimes may be far more extensive than initially thought. They estimate that there could be over 50 additional victims who have not yet been identified or come forward. The Metropolitan Police have described Zou as potentially one of the most prolific sex offenders they have encountered in recent times.

This case has raised serious concerns about online safety and the vulnerabilities that international students may face. Authorities are now launching an appeal for other potential victims to come forward, emphasizing the importance of reporting such crimes to ensure justice and prevent further offenses.
