US and Israel's War with Iran - Day 10

A major conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran has entered its tenth day, creating serious global concerns. The war has already caused significant damage and loss of life across the region.
Iran recently appointed Mojtaba Khamenei as its new supreme leader after his father was killed during the conflict. Political hardliners and the Revolutionary Guards have quickly expressed their support for him. However, President Trump stated that this choice is "unacceptable" to the United States.
The war has pushed global oil prices above $100 per barrel for the first time since Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022. Israel has attacked Iran's oil storage facilities and energy infrastructure, which Iran calls a "new phase" of the war. Iran has threatened to strike back at energy facilities throughout the Middle East.
The conflict continues to spread. Iranian drone attacks have injured people in Bahrain, and a tragic strike on an Iranian school killed at least 168 children. The United States is investigating this incident while ordering non-emergency diplomats to leave Saudi Arabia for safety reasons.
