Three 18-year-old friends from the UK are nearing the end of an extraordinary journey. James McCarthy-Hill, Kyle Spring, and Adam Mitchell have walked over 1,000 miles from Salisbury Cathedral to the Polish-Ukrainian border.
Their mission began on June 29, driven by a desire to help people in Ukraine. The teens have raised nearly £15,000 through their walk. They plan to use this money to purchase food and cleaning supplies for Ukrainian cities.
Kyle Spring's previous trip to Ukraine with his father inspired this ambitious project. Witnessing the struggles of soldiers in hospitals and the joy of children receiving simple gifts like fruit left a profound impact on him. This experience motivated Kyle to take action, and his friends joined him in this challenging but meaningful endeavor.
