Thailand Lifts Afternoon Alcohol Sales Ban

Thailand has made a big change. They now allow people to buy alcohol in the afternoon. This is new after 53 years. The government hopes this will help tourism and businesses.

Before, people could not buy alcohol from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Now, they can buy it from 11 a.m. to midnight. This new rule will be tested for 180 days.
