An astronaut needed medical help and left the International Space Station early. Four astronauts from different countries came back to Earth together. They used a SpaceX ship to return.
The trip back was unexpected and shorter than planned. The astronauts worked well as a team to help each other. NASA did not say which astronaut was sick or what the problem was.
The astronauts landed in the ocean near California. This was NASA's first time bringing an astronaut home early for medical reasons. Other astronauts are still working on the space station.
