Two old letters were found in a bottle on a beach in Australia. The letters were written by soldiers over 100 years ago. They wrote the letters when they were on a ship going to fight in World War One.
One soldier, Malcolm Neville, wrote to his mother. He said the food on the ship was good and he was happy. Sadly, he died in the war at age 28. The other soldier, William Harley, survived the war and came home.
A family found the bottle while cleaning the beach. They read the letters and found the soldiers' families to give them the messages. The families were very surprised and happy to get the letters after so many years.
