Clean Energy Powers 40% of World's Electricity

Clean energy is making big progress around the world. In 2024, it made more than 40% of all electricity. This is good news for our planet.

Solar power is growing very fast. It has doubled in just three years. China is leading this growth. Many countries are using more solar panels.

However, there is a problem. The world still needs more electricity. This means we are still using a lot of coal and gas. These fuels cause pollution. We need to keep working to use more clean energy.
