China has a lot of solar and wind power. But sometimes, the electricity grid cannot use all the power. This problem is called curtailment.
China builds solar panels very fast. But the grid and batteries do not grow as fast. When the sun is strong, there is too much power. The grid cannot move all the electricity to people's homes.
Other countries like Australia, Japan, and India have the same problem. They need to build better grids and more batteries. This will help them use all the clean energy.
