Burger King is trying new AI headsets for workers. The headsets help employees do their jobs better.
The AI system is called BK Assistant. It has a chat-bot named "Patty". Patty can answer questions about food. It can tell workers when drinks are low. The system also listens to workers talk to customers. It gives "friendliness scores" to the team.
Right now, 500 restaurants in the US are testing these headsets. By 2026, all US Burger King restaurants will use this system. Some people think this is a good idea. But other people worry about workers being watched all the time.
